Hirewand is a professional recruitment automation platform intended for use by organisations, HR teams, and individual recruiters. By using the service, you confirm that:

• ✓You are legally permitted to use a service of this nature under the laws of your jurisdiction
• ✓You are using the service on behalf of yourself or an authorised organisation
• ✓You take full responsibility for the selection and appropriate use of Hirewand within your workflows
• ✓You will keep your account credentials secure and are responsible for all activity under your account

Any resumes or candidate profiles you upload to Hirewand remain your property. We act as a data processor on your behalf — not as the owner of your data.

When you register for an account, we collect basic information such as your name, email address, and company name to provision the service. Additional information about your organisation and team may be collected as you configure and use the platform.

Cookies are small data files stored on your device by your browser. Hirewand uses cookies to maintain your session and keep you signed in securely across visits.

• ✓Session cookies keep you authenticated while you're using the platform
• ✓Persistent cookies allow you to auto-login on return visits via the same browser
• ✓We do not use cookies for advertising or cross-site tracking

Cookies are required for the Hirewand service to function correctly. Disabling them may prevent you from accessing your account.

Access to Hirewand's full feature set requires an active subscription. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis according to your chosen plan:

Hirewand aims to maintain 24-hour availability of its services. However, the platform may occasionally be unavailable due to:

• ✓Scheduled maintenance and feature upgrades
• ✓Emergency repairs or infrastructure issues
• ✓Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

We will always minimise disruption and communicate planned downtime in advance where possible. Hirewand reserves the right to limit usage and storage at its discretion, with or without notice.

Hirewand is provided for legitimate recruitment and talent acquisition purposes. You agree not to use the platform to:

• ✓Process candidate data in a manner that violates applicable data protection or employment laws
• ✓Collect, store, or share candidate information without appropriate legal basis or consent
• ✓Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform or another user's account
• ✓Use automated means to scrape, extract, or abuse the platform's systems
• ✓Engage in any activity that could harm the platform, its users, or third parties

Hirewand reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

Hirewand treats your information with confidentiality. We may disclose personally identifiable information only in the following limited circumstances:

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Hirewand and its contractors, licensors, directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

• ✓Your use of the Hirewand service, or use by any third party through your account
• ✓Your violation of any provision of these Terms
• ✓Your infringement of any intellectual property or other right of any person or entity

This indemnification obligation survives the termination or expiration of your agreement with Hirewand.

Hirewand may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes in our practices or applicable law. For significant changes, we will:

• ✓Send a notification to the primary email address on your account
• ✓Display a prominent notice on the Hirewand website

Notice will be given at least 3 days before any updated terms come into effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
