Job Role - UX Designer

Job Location - Chennai (Cenotaph Road)

The job of a UX Designer is to envision how people experience our products and bring that vision to life in a way that feels inspired, refined and even magical. In the UX Designer will take on complex tasks and transform them into intuitive accessible and easy-to-use designs for our customers—from the first-time user to the sophisticated expert. This position requires collaboration with teams Researchers, Marketing Manager, Brand Manager and Product Managers throughout the design process—from creating user flows and wireframes to building user interface mockups and prototypes.

At each stage, the UX designer needs to anticipate what our users need, advocate for them and ensure that the final product surprises and delights them. The ideal candidate should be able to step into the users' shoes, have an eye for clean and artful design, possess superior UI skills and be able to translate high-level requirements into interaction flows and artifacts, and transform them into beautiful, intuitive, and functional user interfaces.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience contributing to innovative and successful products.
• Effective interaction and visual design skills, with a portfolio of interactive projects.
• Demonstrated collaboration skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Effective communication and presentation skills and ability to listen, be proactive at addressing feedback, represent and advocate for UX and users.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Interaction or similar area, or equivalent practical experience.
• 4-5 years of interaction design experience.
• Experience working with mobile and Web based platforms.
