The CavinKare story dates back to 1983, where we first set out as Chik India Private Limited. Our humble beginnings saw us enter the market with one product, Chik Shampoo. It was marketed in what was unheard of at the time, in sachets. Today, Chik Shampoo has earned an Iconic brand status. Cavinkare’s brand deck now has 13 brands in the FMCG category and two salon chains. Job Description :

Responsibilities:

·         Web fundamentals like HTML, JavaScript, and CSS

·         JavaScript frameworks like Angular, React, or Ember, etc., or JS-based build tools

·         Libraries like jQuery or Backbone.js

·         Front-end (CSS) frameworks like Foundation or Bootstrap

·         Very good with HTML & CSS.

·          Experience in React Native, Python, and NodeJS is a plus.

·         Cross-browser compatibility

Preference will be given to:

·         Work on the overall architecture of the web application.

·         Maintain quality and ensure the responsiveness of applications.

·         Collaborate with the rest of the engineering team to design and launch new features.

·         Maintain code integrity and organization.

·         Experience working with graphic designers and converting designs to visual elements.

·         Hands-on experience with building Progressive Web Apps (PWAs) on any framework.

·         Hands-on experience with Frontend Performance Optimization - especially in a React application with respect to resource loading strategy, CPU/Memory profiling on the browser.

·         Should work in tandem with Product managers to fulfill the requirements of clients as documented.

·         Should raise issues on the flow and timelines negotiate with Product Managers and timelines on technical and other aspects.

·         Good understanding of creational and structural design patterns in JavaScript

·         Should be able to evaluate and recommend technologies/frameworks to be used for the work.
