Join one of our prestigious client's dynamic team as a Country Head / General Manager - Clean / Renewable Energy specializing in Clean / Renewable Energy. They seeking a talented individual with a passion for driving sales in the renewable energy sector, particularly in products like ammonia, green hydrogen, and other clean energy solutions. As the Head/General Manager - Clean / Renewable Energy, you will play a pivotal role in expanding the market presence and driving revenue growth in the sustainable energy industry.



Responsibilities


  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives for Clean / Renewable energy products.
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with key clients, including businesses, governments, and other organizations interested in adopting Clean / Renewable energy solutions.
  • Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed targets, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to capitalize on emerging opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and finance to ensure alignment and maximize sales effectiveness.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to senior management, offering insights and recommendations for improvement.



Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles within the Clean / Renewable energy sector, with a deep understanding of ammonia, green hydrogen, and other sustainable energy products.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strategic mindset and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve ambitious targets.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards related to Clean / Renewable energy sales is desirable.
