Mandatory Skills:
- Production Support / Application Support experience
- Hands-on experience in building and supporting AI Agents / Agentic AI applications
- AI Platform development and support
- Experience with:
- LLMs (Large Language Models)
- RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
- LangChain / LangGraph or similar AI frameworks
- Cloud platform and deployment experience
- Monitoring, troubleshooting, and production issue resolution
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
