Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Java Full Stack Developer with AI/Generative AI experience to design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, React/Angular, SQL, and experience integrating Generative AI/LLM capabilities into applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable full-stack applications using Java and modern frontend technologies.
- Develop backend services and REST APIs using Java, Spring Boot, and Spring Framework.
- Build responsive web applications using React or Angular.
- Design and develop microservices-based applications.
- Develop and optimize database queries and data models.
- Integrate Generative AI and LLM capabilities into enterprise applications.
- Develop AI-powered features such as chatbots, intelligent search, summarization, classification, and document processing.
- Integrate Azure OpenAI, OpenAI APIs, or other LLM platforms with Java applications.
- Develop RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) solutions and integrate vector search.
- Implement prompt engineering, embeddings, function/tool calling, and AI workflows.
- Collaborate with architects, product owners, business analysts, and cross-functional teams.
- Write unit/integration tests and participate in code reviews.
- Troubleshoot production issues and improve application performance and scalability.
- Follow secure coding, DevOps, and Agile development practices.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong software development and problem-solving skills.
