DOC 1 PNDG - Mail will be sent to candidate to uplaod document, once all doc uploaded profile will be moved to Doc collected stage. DOC COLLECTED - Once pofile moved to doc collected stage automation mail will be sent to TQT head for verifing uploaded documents. Once verified profile is moved to DOC1 Req verified. DOC 1 REQ VERIFIED - Once TQT Head verified profile is moved to this stage and it automatically moved to FITMENT APRV PNDG stageDOC DELAY - If there is delay in documnet upload a reminder mail will be sent to candidate.DOC RED - zif TQT status is amber of document verification then profile is moved to thsi stage

FITMENT APPROVAL - Once the profile is moved to CREATE FITMENT stage the OFFER DETAILS form opens and need to be filled.Once filled the Recruiter need to go to profile tabs by clicking "More" option then chcek the "Fitment created details" tab. In the fitment tab verify the gnenerated calculations and the approver 1 &amp; 2. Once verified set the "fitment approver satus verfiied" to YES. Once done the fitment approval automation starts step by step as below Step 1: Profile will be moved to APPROVER 1 PNDG stage and an automated mail will goes to Lata/Approver 1 with offer calculcation details for approval.Step 2: Once lata approves automated mail goes to Approver 2 , once approver 2 is approved.Step 3: Based on all the fitment approval status profile will be moved to OFR PNDG stage. &nbsp;NOTE: After lata's/Approver 1 approval if the salary deviation value is 0 , then the profile will be directly moved to OFR PNDG stage.

Once done the fitment approval automation starts step by step as below Step 1: Profile will be moved to TAH APRV PNDG stage and an automated mail will goes to Lata/Approver 1 with offer calculcation details for approval.Step 2: Based on Lata/Approver 1 approval status and salary deviation formula profile will be moved to either PM/DH/GDH fitment approval.Step 3: Based on all the fitment approval status profile will be moved to OFR PNDG stage. &nbsp;NOTE: After lata's/Approver 1 approval if the salary deviation value is 0 , then the profile will be directly moved to OFR PNDG stage.

APPROVER 1 NEED CLARITY - When the profile is moved to this stage recruiter need to chcek with approver and clarify the question and ask them to approve or if there is any change is ctc move back to "create fitment" stage and follow the same steps.

APPROVER 2 NEED CLARITY - When the profile is moved to this stage recruiter need to chcek with approver and clarify the question and ask them to approve or if there is any change is ctc move back to "create fitment" stage and follow the same steps.

OFFER Process OFR PNDG - When all the Fitment approval are approved, profile will land on this stage. Recruiters can manually move to 'SEND INTENT' Or 'OFR SIGN PNDG STAGE' for further steps which is mentioned below on each stage. Note: Its not mandatory to send intent to candidate if not required you can move profile to OFR SIGN PNDG stage.SEND INTENT - Automated mail will be sent to candidate for offer intent approval(LOI). Based on approval status profile is moved INTENT ACCPET or DELAY or NEED CLARITY STAGE.OFR SIGN PNDG - Automated mail goes to Lata with offer PDF to upload the signed copy of the pdf.&nbsp;VERIFY PNDG - Once signed copy is uploaded profile will moved automatically to VERIFY PNDG stage , where recruiter can verify the offered signed pdf under profile tab by clicking 'MORE" optin and selecting " OFFER SIGNED AND UNSIGNED DOCUMENT"OFFER RELEASE - Once recruiter verifies the signed pdf, then profile can be moved to offer release satge, an automated mail goes to candidate with offered pdf. Based on candidate approval profile will be moved to OFFR ACCEPT or OFFER DECLINE or ACCEPT DLAY stage. Once candidate accepts and profile is movedto OFFER ACCEPT , Recruiter should manaully move profile to DOC 2 PNDG stage for onboarding process. OFR RE-RELEASE - When the profile is moved to offer re-release stage it ask for joining date and once given profile will be mve for OFR SIGN PNDG stage where mail will be sent to lata with updated joining date and flow continue same as above.

Recruiter to move profile to INT1 FB and give the feedback

Recruiter to move profile to INT2 FB and give the feedback

Recruiter to move profile to INT3 FB and give the feedback

Automated mail goes to candidate with the link to upload the onboarding documents

Onboarding team to review the uploaded documents under profile tab like (Personal data, Exp and Education details, Additional details, Medical fitness, Consent &amp; Dou, Document to be signed ) Once verified with all documents , on the profile tab go to "onboarding document verification status " tab and set the status as required like (Doc verified, Clarification required, DOU etc.)

Automated mail goes to candidate with the onboarding team added comments to re-submit the required documents

Onboarding team can move profile to next stage

Team can upload any of the documents under profile tab and move to next stage

Document completed and verified profiles can be moved to hired stage by filling hiring details

Profile assigned to job

Profile dropped for the particular applied job
