Key Responsibilities

1. End-to-End ERP Implementation

  • Lead ERP implementation from requirement gathering to go-live and stabilization
  • Work closely with stakeholders to define business requirements across functions (Production, Procurement, Inventory, Sales, Finance)
  • Ensure ERP is configured to reflect real operational workflows

2. Process Mapping & Optimization

  • Map existing business processes across plants and identify gaps
  • Standardize and optimize processes before ERP deployment
  • Drive alignment across multiple plants and product lines

3. Vendor & Stakeholder Management

  • Coordinate with ERP vendors, consultants, and internal teams
  • Act as the bridge between technical teams and business users
  • Ensure timelines, deliverables, and budgets are adhered to

4. Implementation Execution

  • Oversee data migration, system configuration, and testing (UAT)
  • Identify and proactively resolve implementation bottlenecks
  • Ensure minimal disruption to ongoing operations during rollout

5. Change Management & Training

  • Drive user adoption across plants and departments
  • Conduct training sessions for end-users
  • Build SOPs, user manuals, and documentation

6. Post Go-Live Stabilization

  • Monitor system performance post-implementation
  • Resolve issues and ensure smooth transition to steady state
  • Continuously improve system usage and efficiency

 

 

 

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes (BOM, production planning, inventory, supply chain)
  • Proven experience in ERP implementation (not just usage/support)
  • Strong project management and execution capability
  • Ability to manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle ambiguity
  • Strong communication and influencing skills

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Business / IT
  • 5–7 years of relevant experience in ERP implementation
  • Prior experience in a manufacturing organization is mandatory
  • Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar
