Job Description

Location: Bangalore



  • 80% of work is on HCM. It would be good if the candidate has to have knowledge on Redwood.
  • Re-implement controls based on personalization’s
  • RMC (Risk Management cloud), It’s an ERP product. Any new configuration has to go through the
  • Looking for knowledge on AORs. It’s a global RMC granted provisioned through SailPoint. Factors are uploaded from personal biographical data determine which AOR's are provisioned on their accounts. It is not working as expected. So, the AORs are provisioned manually.
  • Configurations for talent, recruiting, learning. Looking for personalization’s or looking for front end what role needs to be added on the page they are looking for. For eg: which part should be on the front end. So, enable/hide or modify role functionalities
  • Custom roles without seeded roles
  • Migrate custom job roles between different Oracle environments
  • Environment refreshes. As we need to do custom configurations prior to refresh: Like changing email addresses, passwords or working with BOT
  • Report security, report migration to keep the integrity of the reports, maintenance, flows, etc
  • SQL connect, Its’ a 3rd party query tool. It’s a new go to from the administration standpoint
  • Jira is used for tracking current projects, where all the progress is updated. There are 100+ open Jira's for Oracle that need immediate attention.
  • Experience in Redwood is good. Redwood is currently java based for the current personalization’s, need to have knowledge on the same.
  • Looking for L2 security person as WM onshore is unable to handle the workload
  • Oracle version 24B has lot of problems, candidate should be able to solve the issues without any guidance from Onshore
  • Be able to integrate with Identity management software (SailPoint). Update configurations and business roles
  • Essentially do configuration updates, understand both HCM and ERP and the role schema and immediately make role customizations and work with customers. Have good turnaround to get the samples ready to test on the lower environments
