We are seeking a skilled and proactive Workday Integration Specialist to support technical incidents and enhancement requests for HR-related Workday integrations. This role requires a strong understanding of Workday tools and HR business processes, along with hands-on experience in designing, developing, testing, and maintaining integration solutions that ensure seamless data flow and system interoperability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement Workday integrations for HR systems in line with enterprise architecture principles.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into effective technical solutions.
- Develop and maintain integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, Orchestrate, and Workday APIs.
- Build and execute test cases to ensure the quality, performance, and reliability of integrations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues efficiently and accurately.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across all integration points.
- Maintain thorough documentation in accordance with design and documentation standards.
- Ensure all integrations comply with internal policies and external regulations.
- Identify and recommend optimization opportunities to enhance integration performance and efficiency.
Required Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: 7–8 years of relevant experience, with strong exposure to Workday integration tools and HR systems.
- Solid understanding of HR business processes and how they interact with Workday functionalities.
- Proficiency in Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, Orchestrate, and Workday APIs.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams.
