Job Description:

Epergne Solutions is looking for an APAC Recruiter to join our team remotely. This is an individual contributor role focused on recruiting IT talent for Singapore. You should have 2-6 years of sourcing and recruiting experience, with strong knowledge of Google X-ray searches and sourcing from unpaid LinkedIn accounts. The role offers an attractive incentive structure.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end recruitment for IT roles in Singapore.
• Conduct Google X-ray searches and source candidates via unpaid LinkedIn accounts.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements.
• Manage candidate pipelines and ensure timely closures.

Requirements:

• 2-6 years of experience in recruitment, specifically in Singapore IT roles.
• Expertise in Google X-ray searches and sourcing from unpaid LinkedIn accounts.
• Must be an immediate joiner with access to a personal laptop and high-speed WiFi (minimum 100 Mbps).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Experience in sourcing and recruiting for APAC region preferred.
