- 3+ years of experience working with Adobe Audience Manager and Adobe Experience Platform.
- Proven experience in data migration and audience segmentation within the Adobe ecosystem.
- Strong understanding of data management principles, including data governance, privacy, and compliance.
- Hands-on experience with integrating AEP with other Adobe tools and third-party systems.
- Proficient in building and optimizing audience segments for marketing campaigns.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex integration challenges.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) in AEP or related certifications is a plus.

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Adobe Audience Manager (AAM) expert with understanding of Adobe Experience Platform (AEP). The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the transition from AAM to AEP, ensuring a seamless migration of data, segments, and integrations. This role requires a strong understanding of both AAM and AEP, including data management, segmentation, and audience activation. The candidate should have a proven track record of working with marketing technology stacks and enabling effective customer data strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Migration Planning and Execution: Lead the migration from Adobe Audience Manager to Adobe Experience Platform, ensuring smooth data migration, audience segmentation, and integration processes.
- Data Management: Oversee the transfer of data sources, traits, and segments from AAM to AEP, ensuring data integrity and accuracy throughout the process.
- Audience Segmentation: Develop and implement advanced audience segmentation strategies in AEP, leveraging the platforms capabilities to enhance personalization and targeting efforts.
- Platform Integration: Ensure seamless integration of AEP with other Adobe Marketing Cloud tools(e.g., Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target) and external systems.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, data
analytics, and IT, to ensure alignment and successful implementation of the migration strategy.
- Training and Support: Provide training and support to internal teams on AEP capabilities and best practices, ensuring the effective use of the platform.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor the performance and effectiveness of audience segments and activations within AEP, making data-driven recommendations for optimization.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of the migration process, including data mappings, segment structures, and integration setups for future reference.
