Role Overview
We are looking for an NCR ATM Operations Consultant to support ATM operations, incident management, deployments, and day-to-day operational activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform Level 1 analysis of ATM-related issues and raise tickets with NCR ATM Software Support based on analysis and findings.
- Support operations projects and resolve day-to-day operational issues.
- Support deployment of patches, development releases, and production fixes based on SIT/UAT progress.
- Collect and share logs, findings, and relevant details for incidents and support cases.
- Complete assigned technical requests within the required timelines.
- Support the overall management and operation of the ATM network.
- Coordinate with relevant technical and support teams for incident resolution and operational activities.
Required Skills
- Strong experience in NCR ATM operations and support.
- Experience in ATM incident analysis and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of ATM software support and ticket management.
- Experience supporting patches, releases, and production fixes.
- Good understanding of ATM network operations.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
