Roles Overview:-

• Develop, implement, and support investment management and trading platform solutions.
• Design and deliver end-to-end solutions using .NET, SQL, APIs, and investment management platforms.
• Support trade lifecycle processes and integration across financial systems.
• Collaborate with business and technology teams to deliver secure, scalable, and reliable solutions.

Job Roles & Responsibilities:-

• Develop and maintain applications using .NET and SQL.
• Implement and support end-to-end solutions for investment management and trading platforms.
• Manage and support Trade Life Cycle processes.
• Design and implement API integrations with internal and external financial systems.
• Perform business analysis, requirements gathering, system implementation, and technical solution design.
• Support integration with financial platforms, market data systems, trading systems, and industry protocols.
• Develop solutions following coding, security, unit testing, documentation, and quality standards.
• Participate in Agile development, sprint planning, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement.
• Research and evaluate technologies to identify suitable solutions and industry best practices.
• Troubleshoot application and integration issues and ensure long-term system stability.
• Collaborate with multiple technical teams and provide technical guidance where required.
• Present technical solutions and recommendations to senior stakeholders.

Skills & Requirements:-

• 5+ years of experience in .NET and SQL development within investment management, banking, financial services, or fintech environments.
• Minimum 3–4 years of relevant experience in Wealth Management.
• Hands-on experience with investment management/trading platforms and end-to-end system implementation.
• Strong understanding of Trade Life Cycle processes.
• Experience with API development and integration.
• Strong knowledge of Asset Management and Investment Banking.
• Experience in Business Analysis, requirements gathering, and system implementation.
• Knowledge of financial industry protocols such as FIX, EMSX, and TSOX.
• Exposure to wealth management and trading platforms such as Advent, SAXO, SWIFT, Bloomberg, or Reuters.
• Strong .NET development and SQL skills.
• Understanding of Agile methodology and software development lifecycle.
• Experience following secure coding, unit testing, documentation, and software quality standards.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to research, benchmark, and evaluate technology solutions.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaborate effectively across teams.
• Ability to influence technical decisions and mentor or guide team members.
• Hands-on experience in ASP.NET, .NET Core, C#, and SQL.
• Strong hands-on development experience in C#/.NET Core and SQL-based applications.
