Job Summary:-

We are looking for a Data Scientist with strong analytical and machine learning expertise to develop scalable AI and data-driven solutions. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, build predictive models, deploy ML solutions, and contribute to data science best practices while solving complex business problems.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning and AI solutions to solve business challenges.
• Perform data analysis, feature engineering, model development, evaluation, and optimization.
• Build and deploy end-to-end ML pipelines following MLOps best practices.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, data engineers, and technical teams to deliver data-driven solutions.
• Develop and maintain deep learning, statistical, and predictive models.
• Work with large structured and unstructured datasets using modern data engineering practices.
• Apply Generative AI techniques, LLMs, embeddings, vector databases, and AI frameworks where appropriate.
• Review code, maintain documentation, and ensure solution quality, scalability, and reliability.
• Stay current with emerging AI, machine learning, and data science technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:-

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Data Science or Machine Learning.
• Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, R, and Shell Scripting.
• Experience with machine learning, deep learning, statistical modelling, and predictive analytics.
• Hands-on experience with MLOps and end-to-end model deployment on cloud platforms (AWS preferred).
• Experience with Transformer models, Reinforcement Learning, and optimization techniques.
• Knowledge of Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), LangChain, LangGraph, embeddings, and vector databases.
• Experience with data engineering concepts such as ELT/ETL, data transformation, and relational databases.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills:-

• Experience building production-grade AI/ML applications.
• Familiarity with cloud-native AI services and deployment pipelines.
• Experience with data visualization and model performance monitoring.
• Knowledge of software development best practices, version control, and CI/CD for ML solutions.
