Role Summary
Experienced SAP SD Consultant to support SAP S/4HANA global rollout projects. Responsible for designing, configuring, and supporting end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes while ensuring compliance with local statutory requirements and global process standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead SAP SD activities for global rollout or implementation projects.
- Conduct requirement workshops and validate localization needs.
- Configure Order-to-Cash processes including order management, pricing, tax, credit management, delivery, billing, returns, and intercompany processes.
- Manage integrations with modules such as MM, PP, FI/CO and external systems (EDI, tax engines, CRM).
- Support SD data migration including customer master, pricing, credit data, and open transactions.
- Execute system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and resolve defects.
- Support cutover, go-live activities, and post-implementation stabilization.
Required Skills
- Strong expertise in SAP SD including pricing, tax determination, credit management, shipping, and billing.
- Experience with IDoc/EDI integrations, output forms, and user exits/BADIs.
- Knowledge of cross-module integration across SD, MM, PP, and FI/CO.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA and Order-to-Cash processes.
- Experience in SD data migration and reconciliation activities.
- Understanding of statutory compliance such as GST/VAT or e-invoicing requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field.
- Around 10 years of SAP SD implementation experience.
- Hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA projects and global rollouts preferred.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to support onsite activities during key phases such as training, testing, and go-live.
