Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Identity & Access Management (IAM) transformation programs.
- Manage IAM workstreams including IGA, Identity Lifecycle, PAM, SSO/MFA, Access Governance, and Cloud Identity.
- Coordinate with engineering, architecture, operations, and external teams to ensure smooth delivery.
- Drive project planning, sprint execution, risk management, and program reporting.
- Facilitate stakeholder communication, status updates, and governance meetings.
- Ensure compliance with security, audit, and enterprise standards.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of IAM technologies (Saviynt, SailPoint, Azure AD, AD/LDAP, SSO, MFA, RBAC).
- Understanding of IAM architecture, connectors, APIs, provisioning, and workflows.
- Experience with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and DevOps/CI-CD practices.
- Ability to manage cross-functional teams and enterprise integrations.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Requirements
- 8–15 years of experience in technical project/program management.
- Experience delivering large-scale IAM or security transformation programs.
- Exposure to cloud platforms (especially Azure) and enterprise IAM environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Engineering, or related field.
- Certifications such as PMP, Prince2, or Scrum are preferred.
