Roles & Responsibilities:-
- Analyze complex datasets to generate actionable insights in VICA environments
- Develop, test, and deploy statistical and machine learning models
- Perform data exploration, cleansing, and feature engineering
- Translate business problems into analytical solutions
- Build predictive, classification, and optimization models
- Communicate findings through reports, dashboards, and visualizations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decisions
- Monitor model performance and continuously improve accuracy and relevance
- Maintain documentation and follow data governance standards
Skills & Requirements:-
- Experience in data science or advanced analytics roles
- Experience working in VICA environments (Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity, Ambiguity)
- Experience in Chatbot
- Strong knowledge of statistics, data modeling, and machine learning techniques
- Proficiency in Python or R and SQL
- Experience with data visualization tools and storytelling
- Familiarity with large datasets, unstructured data, or real-time data is an advantage
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving data and business needs
