Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee offshore delivery projects, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery of solutions.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align project objectives with customer success metrics.
• Champion customer-centricity by understanding client needs and proactively addressing challenges.
• Develop and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders to foster trust and loyalty.
• Implement best practices and methodologies to optimize project management processes and drive continuous improvement.
• Provide strategic guidance and mentorship to project teams, empowering them to achieve their full potential.
• Monitor project performance and outcomes, leveraging insights to drive strategic decision-making and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Proven track record of success in managing offshore delivery projects, preferably in a customer-facing role.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams towards common goals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric mindset.
• Solid understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and navigate ambiguity with resilience and adaptability.
• Demonstrated strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
