One of our esteemed clients is looking for a passionate Business Development Manager to join their team. In this exciting role, you will collaborate with top brands, corporate clients, and mall management teams to bring creative design ideas to life.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to corporate decision-makers, mall management, and retail developers.
• Present our design-led branding and execution services to win new projects.
• Work closely with architects, interior designers, visual merchandisers, and marketing teams.
• Help clients imagine how design can improve their brand presence.
• Build strong, long-term relationships for future business.
• Offer creative ideas that match each brand’s unique needs.
• Follow all company rules for pricing, contracts, and operations.
• Keep detailed records of meetings, deals, and projects in our CRM.
• Share weekly and monthly reports on your sales and growth goals.
• Share insights and client feedback with our strategy and innovation teams to improve our services.

Qualifications

• 6 to 10+ years in business development, corporate sales, or space branding.
• Experience in architecture, retail design, or premium interiors is a plus.
• Bachelor's or Master's in Architecture or Interior Design preferred.

Skills & Mindset

• Strong sense of design and the ability to visualise creative spaces.
• Can turn great ideas into business proposals.
• Comfortable talking with CXOs, marketing heads, and designers.
• Quick thinker with smart, creative solutions.
• Familiar with mall leasing and branding strategies is a bonus.
• Good at using CRM tools for tracking and reporting.
