Job Brief
One of our prestigious client is looking for a motivated and organized Project Coordinator to help run the projects smoothly from start to finish. In this role, you will support project planning, track progress, and make sure everything is running on time. If you enjoy teamwork, are great at keeping things organized, and want to be a part of exciting projects, this could be the perfect role for you!
Responsibilities
- Assist the Management with managing projects from beginning to end.
- Help create detailed action plans, including resources, timelines, and budgets.
- Coordinate tasks, equipment, and information for projects.
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and project goals.
- Oversee project requirements, especially procurement, and resources.
- Keep track of project progress and report to all team members.
- Maintain clear project documentation, reports, and plans.
- Ensure smooth communication between the internal and external stakeholders.
- Support task tracking and help the team meet deadlines.
- Monitor project risks and report them to the Management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (Master’s degree is a plus).
- 0 to 2+ years of experience.
- Strong organizational skills, including multitasking and time management.
- Excellent teamwork and communication abilities.
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on solutions.
- Ability to handle pressure and work well in a fast-paced environment.
- ONLY Emirati Nationals.
