You will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and maintaining our IAM environment to ensure robust security and seamless access control across our organization. Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage the IAM environment using IBM Security Access Manager (ISAM), IBM Security Identity Manager (ISIM), IBM Security Directory Server, and IBM Security Directory Integrator.
- Customize and configure IBM Security solutions to meet our organization's unique security and access control needs.
- Integrate IBM Security solutions with diverse systems, applications, and directories to streamline access management.
- Monitor and uphold the performance and availability of the IAM environment, ensuring continuous operation.
- Investigate and resolve technical issues related to IAM solutions promptly and efficiently.
- Collaborate closely with teams across the organization to understand access control and identity management requirements and develop effective solutions.
- Offer technical support and expert guidance on IAM best practices to ensure optimal system performance and security posture.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven experience in implementing and managing IAM solutions, preferably with IBM Security products (ISAM, ISIM, Directory Server, Directory Integrator).
- Strong understanding of identity management principles, access control, and security protocols (LDAP, SAML, OAuth, etc.).
- Experience in configuring and customizing IAM solutions to align with organizational policies and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to IAM systems.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., IBM Certified Deployment Professional - Security Access Manager V9.0) would be a plus.
