One of our Client, a leading chocolate factory in Dubai – UAE

would like to recruit following category of personnels for their warehouse operations.

Position: Warehouse Associates – 25 NOS.

Role: 

•Adhere to all HSE, Quality & Hygiene requirements

•Handling Inbound and Outbound and maintain Stock/ Location Accuracy

•Day to day coordination with team

•Maintain inbound / outbound accuracy through system

•Invoicing/Posting Document

•Shop Floor handling & Inventory Controller

•Liaising With Transport Companies, Suppliers and Clients.

•Maintaining Statistical and Financial Records.

•Ensuring Quality Objectives and Delivery Deadlines are met.

•Preparing Report Generation for Management

•Performing Warehouse Inventory Controls and Keeping records with Quality Standards for Audits.

•Data Entry and good Excel and formula knowledge

•Move order receiving and order fulfilling as per production requirement

•Ensure safety stock availability at all times for production requirement

•Training, Supervising And Appraising Staff

Qualification & Experience.

Graduate

Minimum 2 Years of Warehouse experience is required with Food/FMCG product company.

Languages to be known: Hindi / English

Good Knowledge about ERP/WMS

Good knowledge of advanced excel

Salary Offered: Basic – 1800 AED.

              Aprox.2 Hrs – Daily over time: AED: 447.00

        Approx. 2 Weekly Off – Overtime: AED: 172.00

Total: AED: 2419/- per month (Approx. INR: 6.67 lacs per annum – 100% Tax Free)
