"� Gather and analyze customers and intrapreneurs requirements to build value-driven increments and own the product roadmap
� Collaborate with other engineering teams of Amadeus to make the maximum use of existing solutions/capabilities for quick time-to-market
� Develop hypotheses and use data to make informed decisions.
� Adopt a ""fail fast"" mentality to quickly test and iterate on product ideas.
� Make build/buy/partner decisions to optimize time to value and product solutions.
� Work with external partners such as Microsoft, AWS, Databricks, Adobe, etc.
� Collaborate with intrapreneurs and tech leaders to drive innovation and growth.
� Ensure effective communication with stakeholders and development teams.
� Contribute to the global product strategy and Value proposition
� Analyze solution offerings of competitors and define the strategic positioning of the product in alignment with Management
� Act as a core member of the incubation team�alongside an Intrapreneur, Business Analyst (doing market study), Tech Lead, UX Researcher and BU Strategy partner
Required Skills:
� At least 3 years of experience in product management.
� Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.
� Passion for innovation, business, travel, and artificial intelligence.
� Great communication and influencing skills
� Experience in gathering customer requirements and building product roadmaps.
� Analytical and data-driven mindset.
� Experience in an agile environment.
